TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • MIBUG Vouchers are issued from MIBUG UG (haftungsbeschraenkt) & Co. Geldinstitut i. S. d. § 2 Abs. 1 Nr. 7 KWG KG, registered in Munich, Germany, registered Number: HRA 94250, registered Office: Menzinger Strasse 130, 80997 Munich, Germany.
  • MIBUG Vouchers have an expiry date of 6 months from date of voucher sale.
  • Change is not normally given on purchases which cost less than the value of the MIBUG Voucher presented. However, individual retailers may, at their own discretion, give change in their own MIBUG vouchers, credit notes or some may even choose to give small amounts of change in cash.
  • 4% transaction charges will apply per transaction. These charges may vary from time to time.
  • MIBUG Vouchers can be exchanged for cash from account holders only.
  • MIBUG Vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation and each individual retailer reserves the right not to accept any MIBUG vouchers that have or appear to have been forged, damaged, defaced or otherwise tampered with.
  • No responsibility will be accepted for lost, stolen, or damaged MIBUG Vouchers and such vouchers shall not be refunded. To deface a voucher will render it invalid. 
  • MIBUG will not accept any responsibility for claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or liability of any kind whatsoever arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between the retailer and a MIBUG Voucher holder.
  • The list of participating retailers may change from time to time, and retailers listed may withdraw from the scheme at any time, but all such retailers will honour any valid vouchers in issue on or before the date they ceased to be a member of the scheme.
  • Some MIBUG Vouchers have restrictions on their use, over and above these terms & conditions, which are all listed on this website either on this terms & conditions page or under the retailer’s listing.
  • MIBUG reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time where it reasonably considers it necessary to do so. Reasonable notice of such changes will be given at www.MIBUG-CREDIT.com.
  • All purchases, top-ups or telesales are subject to payment authorisation.
