- How
to open the instant number account
Opening the number account is very simple. You
will need to
provide us with some information about you and your company (if any)
by
filling the online application form. At
the end of this 2 minutes procedure
your
account will be active.
- Account
description
This account is in EURO currency. Beneficiary owner is our monetary
institute, not you. We will provide
you with an account number, routing
number, IBAN and SWIFT (BIC) code. You will need to add your account
number as a payment reference (similar
to factor bank accounts). We
will provide you with full online access and you will be able to
receive money
instantly, but note that
you must have paid some
money into your account before you are able to log in online.
If you are dealing with credit
cards you will be able to transfer money to your loading
center from where you can fund your customer´s cards.

- Service
Fees
Our
Service Fees for each of these services are set out in our Price
List
which is included in our Key Features document. Our Price List may
change from time to time and, if it does so, we will give you details
of the new Service Fees.
- Requirements
As a minimum legal requirement to use our services you need to become a
shareholder by purchasing a 100.00 Euro share (please add a 25.00 Euro
disagio). Instant payment required. As
long as your partnership is pending you will not be able to withdraw
money.
